A Shared History

Back in 1943, our grandparents Michele and Anna founded Timperio with the desire to produce exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the 100-year-old Gentile Nera olive trees – the “Diamond of Molise” – in Colletorto, Italy. From our humble beginnings as the first and only olive mill dedicated to serving the local community, we have innovated and grown through the years. Today, Michele and Anna’s sons, Orlando and Fernando, continue the family legacy of producing the most exquisite extra virgin olive oil. We support the livelihoods of local farmers and their families, helping them build a brighter future with a state-of-the-art production facility that dramatically enhances our service capabilities. We also cut out the middleman, delivering directly to our loyal customers.

Delivering on Our Vision

Our passion for extra virgin olive oil is ingrained in our DNA. It has been handed down from our founders’ generation, along with their determination to create the finest extra virgin olive oil products, we possibly can, packed with nutrients and unmatched by other processed cooking oils.

We meticulously select only the very best olive fruits and cold-press them within 12 hours of harvesting. This locks in the goodness and ensures the highest quality, producing the freshest extra virgin olive oil, rich in antioxidants and low in acidity.

This mission has been at the core of our family's story since the beginning, and it will continue with future generations of Timperio.
