While preserving the olive-oil making family heritage that has been handed down from generation to generation, Oil Mill Timperio embraces modern technologies to offer outstanding Italian oil products with guaranteed distinctive flavors.
Every olive is handpicked from century-old olive trees, milled using a cold-pressing cutting-edge decanter centrifuge systems, and stored in stainless steel silos sited in temperature-controlled warehouses of highest hygiene standards.
No solvents, additives, artificial flavors, heat or GMO are added in any phase of the quality-monitored production process.

In Italy, the hills of Colletorto host nearly 60,000 century-old olive trees of Gentile Nera, the local indigenous olive variety. Called by many as “the culinary diamond of Molise region”, this is a very distinct type of olive in the Mediterranean area. Its productions offer an extra-virgin olive oil inherently rich in antioxidants and low in acidity.
Gentile Nera of Colletorto, and its extra virgin olive oil, are registered under Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Molise® scheme. This is a European Union acknowledged framework that guarantees Timperio oils are produced using traditional production methods of Molise district. The characteristic qualities of the olive oil products are, in essence, due to its place of origin, microclimate, and local know-how.

Our organic productions are regularly scrutinized to guarantee that we fully comply the organic methods and observe all the necessary obligations.
We store our organic productions in independent stainless steel containers. We hand-bottle our products at the time of the order to guarantee products of maximum freshness and controlled quality to our customers.

Today, through a certified traceability tool, we want to give our customers not only the opportunity to reconstruct the full products’ history and find every products' information, but also to enable them understand farming practices and the quality of our olive fruits.
Farmers are audited, olive groves and organoleptic characteristics are documented, so you can trust the history, origin, and sustainability of every of our extra virgin olive oils bottles.
Although we are committed to extend the traceability to all our farmers, this service is today available only for some of our products.
