80 YEARS+ OF FAMILY PASSION

A LEGACY OF QUALITY AND TRADITION

From Molise, Italy, to your dining table - our family has crafted authentic extra virgin olive oil since 1943, supporting local farmers and sharing the health benefits of real Italian EVOO with the world.
Rooted in Molise Since 1943

A Shared History

Our story began when Michele and Anna Timperio founded the first olive mill in Colletorto. Using the Gentile Nera olive - known as the "Diamond of Molise" - they set out to produce exquisite extra virgin olive oil for their community. Today, their sons Orlando and Fernando carry on the tradition, working with local farmers to produce oils that honour our heritage while embracing innovation. With each harvest, we continue to deliver the same dedication to quality that started four generations ago.

An EVOO Experience Like No Other

Every Timperio bottle reflects the love of our family and the passion of our community of Molise olive farmers. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest, our oils retain their bold, fruity character, rich antioxidants, and peppery finish.

The result? An olive oil that elevates everyday cooking, from Italian classics to your favourite local dishes.

Our Vision, Since Day One

We believe olive oil should be fresh, natural, and nourishing. That’s why we select only the finest olives and cold-press them within 12 hours of harvest, locking in flavour and goodness, without compromise.

This commitment has guided us for over 80 years, and it will guide future generations of Timperio.

From Our Family to Yours

For us, olive oil is more than food: it’s family. In every bottle, you’ll taste nearly a century of passion, tradition, and care. I hope you enjoy bringing Timperio to your table, as much as we enjoy crafting it for you.

A Journey of Co-Creation

We have always been strong believers that true innovation thrives on fresh ideas, science, and understanding. That’s why we work closely with the University of Molise (UNIMOL), near our family mill in Colletorto, and with Singapore Management University (SMU) in the heart of ASEAN. With the Department of Agricultural, Environmental and Food Sciences at UNIMOL, we continue to refine every stage of our production process to preserve and enhance antioxidants, reduce acidity, and elevate quality as much as we possibly can. With SMU, and the SMU-X programme in particular, we work alongside some of the brightest and most talented students and academics to co-create forward-looking strategies. Collectively, we see these partnerships as a lifeline, challenging the way we do things, and connecting our roots and traditions in Molise with the world.
