Shipping Rates

Singapore: We apply a standard shipping fee starting at S$4.50, with free shipping for orders over S$50.
Italy and Europe: We apply a standard shipping fee starting at 8 €.

Exact rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing Times

Singapore: Orders received on weekdays before 10:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed and shipped the next day. Deliveries are made within 2-3 business days island-wide.
Italy and Europe: Orders received on weekdays before 10 PM (GMT+1) will be processed and shipped the next day. Deliveries are made within 2-3 business days throughout Italy.

Delivery Hours

Singapore: Standard deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Italy and Europe: Standard deliveries are made between [insert time] from Monday to Friday, and between [insert time] on Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Delivery Zones

Singapore: We deliver to any location in Singapore except for offshore islands and restricted zones.
Italy and Europe: We deliver to any location within mainland Italy, major islands, and throughout Europe, excluding remote or restricted areas.

Delivery Attempts

Singapore: In case of unsuccessful deliveries, we offer a total of 3 free delivery attempts (original delivery plus 2 subsequent re-delivery attempts). If delivery fails after three attempts, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Singapore: Once your parcel is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Local Pickup (Self-Collection of Orders)

Singapore: Orders received on weekdays before 10:00 PM (GMT+8) will be ready for collection the next day. Collection is available from Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at our warehouse located at 21 Woodlands Close PRIMZ Bizhub, #02-28 Singapore 737854. Please note that uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded after 30 days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.
Italy: Orders received on weekdays before 10:00 PM (GMT+1) will be ready for collection the next day. Collection is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, at our warehouse located at C.so Vittorio Emanuele, 19 86044 Colletorto (CB), ITALY. Please note that uncollected orders will be canceled and refunded after 30 days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Singapore: Free shipping is available for orders over S$50. No promo code is needed; free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order exceeds the specified threshold before tax. The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
