What's the difference between Nobile and Gentile EVOO?

What's the best way to use flavored olive oil?
Flavored olive oils are ideal for finishing dishes just before serving. Drizzle them over pasta, pizza, grilled vegetables, seafood, meats, soups, salads, roasted potatoes, or fresh bread to add depth and aroma.
Can I cook with flavored olive oil?
It depends on the flavor. Our Lemon EVOO is produced using the traditional co-milling (Agrumato) method, making it suitable for light cooking. Most of our other flavored oils, including Truffle, Chili, Basil, and Garlic & Rosemary, are best used as finishing oils to preserve their delicate aromas.
Which flavored oil is best for seafood?
Our Lemon EVOO is an excellent choice for grilled fish, seafood pasta, shrimp, and salads thanks to its bright, naturally co-milled citrus flavor.
What does "cold-pressed within 12 hours" mean?
It means our olives are pressed within 12 hours of harvest, helping preserve their natural freshness, aroma, antioxidants, and flavor.
