Our organic EVOO is certified by Suolo e Salute in Italy and comes from olive groves cultivated without synthetic chemicals or pesticides. It reflects nature in its purest form.
Is it suitable for kids?
Yes, from around six months of age, when babies begin solid food. Organic EVOO is gentle on the stomach, provides healthy fats, and supports brain and bone development.
How can I use it?
It’s perfect for dressings, bread dips, drizzling over soups or cooked vegetables, and even enriching baby purées.
Why is the bottle dark?
The dark glass protects the oil from light and helps preserve its antioxidants and delicate taste for longer.
How does it taste?
The flavour is clean, fresh, and delicately fruity. It’s an oil that expresses the natural goodness of the olive itself.
Can I drink it on its own?
Absolutely. A spoonful each morning supports heart health, digestion, and overall well-being. Its smooth and mild taste makes it one of the easiest EVOOs to enjoy this way.
Can I cook with it?
Yes, it’s excellent for everyday cooking. Organic EVOO is rich in natural antioxidants and healthy fats that stay stable under heat. When used for sautéing, roasting, or pan-frying, these beneficial compounds are transferred to your food, making each meal both flavourful and wholesome.
Is it halal-certified?
Although it is not currently halal-certified, we can confidently say it is fully halal-friendly. Our production facility is exclusively dedicated to the pressing of olives, with no processing of any other products. This ensures there is no risk of cross-contamination during production, packaging, or shipment.
