Is the trial pack really free?
Yes. The trial itself is free. We only ask you to help cover the 1 SGD shipping fee.
What is included in the trial pack?
You will receive one 30 ml bottle of our Nobile early-harvest extra virgin olive oil, freshly bottled and shipped from Singapore, and one of our Nonna's recipes.
Who is eligible for the free trial?
The trial is limited to new customers in Singapore. One trial pack per household.
Why is there a 1 SGD charge?
This small fee helps us cover part of the local delivery cost and avoid duplicate or fraudulent requests.
How long does delivery take and can I track my order?
Once your order and S$1 payment are completed, delivery typically takes two to three working days. Your trial pack will be delivered directly to your letterbox in a padded, secure envelope. You can look out for an email with a link to track its delivery status one or two days after your order confirmation.
Can I request more than one trial pack?
No. To keep it fair for everyone, we limit the offer to one trial pack per household. Any additional orders will be refunded and will not be delivered.
Is the olive oil the same as the full-size bottles?
Yes. It is the exact same Nobile early-harvest extra virgin olive oil from the same batch. You will receive a 30 ml sample-size bottle, which is not for sale.
